The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting paperwork, creating invoices, and communicating with customers over the phone and email.
Additionally, the Billing Clerk will be responsible for keeping all invoice records in order.
Primary Job Functions:
Collecting confirmation from customers and bills of ladings from drivers Creating and sending invoices to customers Maintaining invoice records in an organized manner Teamwork and Communications:
Ability to work collaboratively with team members Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple projects at the same time Strong communication skills to interact with customers over the phone and email Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required Bachelor's degree preferred 2
years of recent billing experience Proficiency in using Quickbooks Excellent attention to detail Reference List:
