0 Quick Apply Full-time 15 hours ago Full Job Description Electronics Assembler performs any combination of the following tasks to assemble components, sub-assemblies and finished products.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Reads work orders, follows assembly documentation, sample assemblies or verbal instructions.
Positions and aligns electronic components such as resistors and sockets onto printed circuit boards for soldering.
Crimps, screws, bolts, rivets, solders, cements, press fits to join or secure parts in place using fixtures, hand tools or power tools.
Connects and routes wires or wiring harnesses to printed circuit boards or other connectors, terminals and contact point using soldering procedures.
Preassembly tasks such as wire stripping/tinning, potting, encapsulating, epoxy bonding, curing, sanding, drilling, milling and cleaning.
Attaches all related hardware to assemblies.
Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in enclosures.
Operate machines that press, shape or wind assemblies.
Performs testing and inspections using magnifying devices, measuring instruments or electronic test equipment to ensure assemblies meet production specification and standards.
Reports any defects to supervisor.
Maintains clean and safe work environment.
Skills Good dexterity and eyesight.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Two (2) Years in Electronics Assembly Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
